Cílem práce je zjistit komunikaci mezi neslyšícími rodiči a jejich slyšícím dítětem. Zjišťovali jsme způsob komunikace mezi rodiči a dětmi, výchovu v rodině a jestli slyšící děti neslyšících rodičů ovládají znakový jazyk a chtěli by se věnovat tlumočení.The aim was to explore the communication between deaf parents and their child who can hear. We were trying to find out how they communicate, how the family education is different and whether hearing children of deaf parents know and use sign language and might want to be interpreters someday.
