Tuto práci je možno rozdělit do dvou logických částí. První částí této diplomové práce je teoretická, ve které by měly být definovány všechny možné konflikty, které by mohly nastat v oblasti českého územního plánování. Tato část bude obsahovat rešerši problematiky prostorových konfliktů. Po definování konfliktů v první části bude poté přistoupeno k vytvoření automatizovaného nástroje v prostředí ArcGIS k identifikaci prostorových konfliktů nad daty z územně analytických podkladů (dále jen ÚAP). Pomocí tohoto nástroje budou nalezeny jednotlivé konflikty, následně budou ohodnoceny podle jejich závažnosti. Z těchto vygenerovaných výsledků bude sestavena vhodná databáze. V teoretické rovině bude také navržen tematický obsah problémového výkresu, jako jedna z příloh grafické části ÚAP.This diploma thesis deals with urban planning and detection of spatial conflict. The main aim of this thesis is to define any possible spatial conflict and spatial overlap which are possible in environment of Czech urban planning. Part of this aim is to develop methodologies which are defining terms like ?Overlap? and ?Spatial conflict? because these terms wasn?t ever defined . The next step was inventing a scale of spatial conflict danger. After this was made a table of all possible conflicts, which was divided on two sections: socio-economic and physical geographic. In this table was evaluated all these conflicts with the scale. Values in the table were consulted with experts from department of strategic planning of the Regional Authority of the Olomouc Region. After this theoretical part should be made an automatically tool for detection and evaluation spatial conflict. This tool was made in software ArcGIS 10, licence ArcINFO. Whole toolbox is divided on socio-economic and physical geographic section and total contains 22 tools. All tools were tested on data of planning analytical materials. About this diploma thesis were made web sites and auto run project on DVD, where are data of spatial conflict in area of Olomouc region, manual for installation of toolbox, help for this toolbox a text of diploma thesis.
