Diplomová práce se zabývá mírou sociálního selhávání u klientů Probační a mediační služby České republiky, zejména ve výkonu trestu obecně prospěšných prací. V teoretické části je popsán historický kontext probace a dohledu a jejich úloha v dnešní době a analýza nástrojů PMS. Praktická část obsahuje kvalitativní výzkum u vzorku klientů PMS v Olomouci, zaměřený na zjištění míry jejich sociálního selhávání. V závěru výsledky tohoto výzkumu shrnuje.This thesis is dealing with social failure level at the probation and mediation service clients in the Czech Republic, especially while serving a sentence of community services. In the theoretical part of the theses, there is a description of historical context of both probation, and supervision and their role these times, and also the analysis of PMS instruments. Practical part of this thesis contains the qualitative research of a sample of clients of PMS Olomouc that is focused on determining the level of their social failure. The results of this research are summed up in conclusion of this work.
