Tématem mojí bakalářské práce je Sbor dobrovolných hasičů Únanov (se zaměřením na mladé hasiče). Teoretická část se zabývá historií vzniku dobrovolných hasičů a jejím vývojem až do současné doby. Vyjadřuji se zde z pozice vedoucího a opírám se také o teorii výchovy mládeže, vývoj dětí a jejich volný čas a motivaci. Praktická část je věnovaná průzkumnému šetření mezi mládeží v kolektivu. Cílem průzkumu bylo zjistit spokojenost mladých hasičů s činností v kolektivu a vedoucími v hasičském kroužku. K bakalářské práci jsem přiložila fotografie a dále přílohu v podobě ankety.The theme of my thesis is a Voluntary firemen group Únanov (focused on the young firemen). The theoretical part solves the question of the history of the Voluntary firemen origin and its evolution until nowadays. This matter is dealt with me - as a leading person and moreover the youth discipline theory is also emphasized in my point of view. The children evolution and their leisure time and motivation are other issues to consider. The practical part questions the survey among the youth in a team. The aim of the survey was to elicit the youth voluntary firemen satisfaction as far as the activity in a group and the leaders in a firemen gathering are concerned.
