Cílem mé bakalářské práce je detailně zmapovat fenomén motivace k léčbě u osob trpících návykovou nemocí, charakterizovat motivační strukturu a popsat jednotlivé oblasti motivace. Má práce má dvě části, teoretickou a výzkumnou. V teoretické části věnuji prostor přiblížení pojmů motivace, motivace k léčbě, drogové závislosti a léčbě drogové závislosti. Výzkumná část je založena na kvalitativní (případové) studii. Výzkumný soubor tvoří pět klientů terapeutické komunity a jeden pacient podstupující detoxifikaci na psychiatrickém oddělení. Metody získávání dat jsou interview (kombinace polostrukturovaného a narativního), Motivační dotazník a časová křivka. Výsledky výzkumu se kriticky zabývám v diskuzi. Motivace respondentů k léčbě vychází ze všech oblastí života. Liší se rozložením motivace a její sily v jednotlivých oblastech. Rozdíl ve výsledcích Motivačního dotazníku mezi skupinou klientů terapeutické komunity a pacientem podstupujícím detoxifikaci je vysoce signifikantní.The aim of my Bachelor thesis is to map in detail the phenomenon of motivation for treatment for people suffering from addictive disease, to characterize incentive structure and describe the motivation. My thesis has two parts, theoretical and experimental. The theoretical part is devoted for approximating of the concepts of motivation, motivation for treatment, drug addiction and drug treatment. The research part is based on a qualitative (case) study. The research group consists of five clients of therapeutic community, and one patient is undergoing detoxification in the psychiatric ward. Methods of data collection are interviews (a combination of semistructured and narrative ones), motivation questionnaire, and time curve. I critically deal up the research results in a discussion. Motivation for treatment of respondents is based on all walks of life. It differs in scatter of motivation and its forces in various areas. The difference in the results of the motivational questionnaire between a group of the therapeutic community and the patient who is undergoing detoxification is highly significant.
