Diplomová práce analyzuje problematiku poskytování kardiopulmonální resuscitace. Cílem je zmapovat kvalitu provádění resuscitace během nácviku na resuscitačním modelu u zdravotnických pracovníků Vítkovické nemocnice a.s. a u členů Hasičského záchranného sboru podniku ArcelorMittal a.s.. V teoretické části práce je stručně charakterizována historie a vývoj resuscitace. Dále je popsán postup při resuscitaci dle Guidelines 2005, 2010. Charakterizovány jednotlivé kroky ?Safarovy resuscitační abecedy? a možnosti použití moderní techniky při resuscitaci jako prostředku pro usnadnění práce a zvýšení efektivity resuscitace. Praktická část je zaměřena na hodnocení jednotlivých parametrů při provádění cvičné resuscitace na modelu a vyhodnocení nejčastějších chyb.This thesis analyzes the issue of delivery of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The aim is to monitor quality of implementation of resuscitation during the course of training on the resuscitation model by the healthcare workers of Vítkovická hospital a.s. and by members of Fire department of ArcelorMittal a.s. company. In the theoretical part of this thesis is briefly characterized history and evolution of resuscitation. The following describes the procedure for resuscitation by the Guidelines 2005, 2010. There are characterized individual steps of "Safarov resuscitation alphabet, " and possibilities of use of modern techniques in resuscitation as a means to simplificate work and increase of the effectiveness of resuscitation. The practical part focuses on the evaluation of the particular parameters in the implementation of resuscitation training on the model and evaluate the most common mistakes.
