Cílem práce je analýza základních podmínek stanovených pro čerpání finančních prostředků z EU. Úvod práce je věnován problematice strukturální a regionální politiky EU, časovým vývojem čerpání pomoci EU a charakteristikou jednotlivých nástrojů pomoci EU. Druhá část řeší zachycení finančních prostředků EU v legislativě ČR. Ve třetí části je za využití kontrolních zjištění Finančního úřadu v Olomouci provedena analýza základních oblastí podmínek čerpání pomoci EU s upozorněním na problémová místa tohoto procesu a formulována doporučení k omezení zjištěných nedostatkůThe aim of the work is to the basic conditions for drawing down funds from the EU. The introduction is devoted to the regional policy of EU and along it deals with the development time of the drawdown of EU assistance and the characteristics of the each instrument of EU assistance. The second part deals with the capture of EU funds in the legislation of the Czech republic. The third part uses of check findings from the Tax Office in Olomouc and there are the analyze basic areas of EU conditions for drawing and the trouble spots of the process and recommendations are formulated to reduce the identified deficiencies.
