Cílem mé práce je zmapovat počáteční fáze transformačního procesu Vincentina, popsat motivaci zaměstnanců a práci s klienty. V teoretické části je popsáno struktura zařízení Vincentina, problematika osob s mentálním postižením, ústavní sociální péče a komunitní služby. Praktická část je zaměřena na průběh jednotlivých transformačních fází, práci s klienty i pracovníky, částečně je nastíněna budoucnost procesu transformace.The aim of my bachelor thesis is to monitor the initial phase of the transformation process Vincentinum describe the motivation of employees and work with clients. The theoretical part describes the structure of device Vincentinum, the problems of people with learning disabilities, residential care and community services.
