Tato práce se zabývá zásadami duševní hygieny. Práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol, kde jsou popsány metody duševní hygieny a onemocnění, které mohou vzniknout z nedostatku duševní hygieny. Dále jsou v práci uvedeny různé techniky, jak si duševní hygienu udržet a předcházet tak onemocněním.This thesis deals with the principles of mental hygiene. The thesis is divided into several chapters, where are described methods of mental hygiene and diseases that may result from absence of mental hygiene. Furthermore, there are summarized different techniques, how to maintain mental hygiene and to prevent disease.
