Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou náhradní rodinné péče z pohledu osvojitelů a pěstounů. Teoretická část nejprve vymezuje rodinu a její význam. Dále se zaměřuje na jednotlivé formy náhradní rodinné péče a proces získání dítěte do péče. V neposlední řadě teoretická část práce přibližuje specifika náhradního rodičovství a legislativní dokumenty, které se této problematiky dotýkají. Praktická část je zaměřena na názory osvojitelů a pěstounů na náhradní rodičovství a systém náhradní rodinné péče v České republice, které byly získány prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů.This diploma thesis deals with the issue of substitute family care from an adoptive and foster parents´ perspective. The theoretical part first defines the family and its importance. It then focuses on various forms of substitute family care and the process obtaining of child to care. Finally, the theoretical part of this thesis approaches the specifics of substitute parenting and legislative documents dealing with this issue. The practical part focuses on the views of adoptive and foster parents on substitute parenting and substitute family care system in the Czech Republic, which were obtained through half-structured interviews.
