Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na komunikaci studentů zdravotnických oborů s pacienty romského etnika. Teoretická část popisuje kulturu romského etnika, historii, způsob ţivota a zvláštnosti psychiky Romů. Práce nás téţ seznamuje s teorií komunikace, nejen v rovině obecné, ale přibliţuje také specifika komunikace interkulturní, komunikace ve zdravotnictví a odlišnosti komunikace Romů. V části praktické jsou předloţeny výsledy dotazníkového šetření mapující znalosti studentů o romské kultuře, jejich názory a postoje k romskému etniku a zkušenosti získané během výkonu odborné ošetřovatelské praxe.This thesis (diploma work) is focusing to communication students of medics branches with patients from gipsy ethnicity. Teroretical part describe culture of gipsy ethnicity, history, life style and psychological peculiarity. The thesis also introduces with theory of communication not only in common level, but focus specifics interculture communication, communication in medics and differences gipsy?s communication. In practical part are present results of questionnaire survey mapping knowledge of students about gipsy culture, their opinions and position to gipsy ethnicity and experince learned during nursing practice.
