Cílem diplomové práce nazvané "Proces překladu filmu Maria Bethania - Música é perfume s analýzou" režiséra Georgese Gachota je překlad tohoto filmu z portugalského do českého jazyka a také jeho komentář zaměřený na splnění požadavků překladatelského procesu obecně, ale také na požadavky vyplývající z typu vybraného díla. Jedná se o překlad filmu v titulkové verzi.The aim of the diploma theses called "Translation process of the film Maria Bethania - Música é perfume with analysis" by Georges Gachot is a translation of this film from Portuguese to Czech language. The thesis includes also a commentary of the translation which focuses on fulfiling the demands of the translation process in general but also on the demands resulting from the specific type of the chosen work. The traslation is done in the form of subtitles.
