Práce se zabývá evidencí řidičů, tedy úsekem státní správy. Autorka na základě analýzy právních předpisů popisuje vývoj evidence řidičů v historii České republiky z hlediska organizačního s uvedením obsahu a způsobu evidence. Dále se zaměřuje na kompetence evidenčního pracovníka ve významu kvalifikace a oprávněnosti k výkonu příslušných správních činností, na jeho povinnost vzdělávat se a dodržovat profesní etiku. V poslední části práce autorka prostřednictvím kvalitativního šetření ukazuje, jak vypadá práce, pracovní vytížení, každodenní život evidenčních pracovnic konkrétního oddělení evidence řidičů.Formuluje novou teorii,která zní: "Problémy práce evidenčních pracovníků způsobují prostředky k výkonu správních činností a klienti" a v závěru navrhuje řešení problémů evidenčních pracovnic.The work deals with the registration of drivers, ie branches of the administration. The author analyzes the legislation describes the evolution of drivers' registration in the history of the Czech Republic in terms of organization, indicating the content and method of registration. Then she focuses on the competence of employee of registration in the importance of qualifications and legitimacy to perform the administrative activities of its obligation to educate and observe professional ethics. In the last part the author through a qualitative survey shows how looks the work, the workload, the daily life of employees of a specific department registration of drivers. She formulates a new theory: "The problems of the work of registration employees are caused by the instruments for the performance of administrative activities and clients" and finally proposes a solution to problems of the registration employees.
