Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vyšetřování případů násilí na dětech. Popisuje jakým způsobem usnadnit celý proces přípravného trestního řízení pro všechny zúčastněné strany, jak minimalizovat stres obětí a zajistit co nejsnadnější a nejrychlejší cestu dokumentaci všech případů týraných dětí. V teoretické části se diplomová práce zabývá syndromem CAN, věnuje se obětem trestných činů, odborné pomoci a podpoře, základní právní legislativě, průběhu trestního řízení a velmi podrobně vyšetřovacímu úkonu - výslechu dítěte. V empirické části je popsána metodologie a případová studie sexuálně zneužívané dívky.The thesis deals with problems of the police investigation of violence cases on children. It describes the way how to facilitace the entire process of the preparatory criminal case for all the involved parts, how to minimize the stress of victims and how to ensure the easiest and fastest way of the documentation of all the cases of abused children. The theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to the CAN syndrome and pays attention to victims of criminal offences, the expert assistence and support, the basic legal legislativa, the course of the criminal case and goes through the interrogation of a child in great detail. The empirical part desribes the methodology and the case study of a sexually abused girl.
