V této práci jsem se zabývala neunvazivními vyšetřovacími metodami u onemocnění tepen dolních končetin. Teoretická část práce obsahuje výčet onemocnění, kterých se tato problematika dotýká. Dále jednotlivé nejužívanější metody současnosti, jejich principy, výhody a nevýhody užití v diagnostice. Jsou jimi ultrasonografie, MR angiografie, CT angiografie a angiografie. V praktické části jsem se zaměřila na srovnání dvou z těchto metod a to MR angiografie jako neinvazivní vyšetřovací metody a angiografie jako invazivní vyšetřovací metody, jenž je současně brána za "zlatý standard".In my work I speak about non-invasive diagnosis methods of the artery diseases of the lower extremities. The teoretical part of the work contains a list of deseases which are affected by this issue. Various methods most used today, their principles, advantages and disadvantages of use in diagnosis. They include ultrasonography, MR angiography, CT angiography and angiography. In practical part I focused on a comparison of two of these methods, Mr angiography as a non-invasive diagnosis method and angiography as invasive diagnosis method, which is also taken as a "gold standard".
