Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice zhoršené kvality vidění vlivem aberací vyšších řádů a možnostmi jejich korekce. Teoretická část se zabývá rohovkou, která je ideálním místem pro refrakční zákrok, refrakčními vadami a aberacemi. Podrobněji se věnuje refrakční chirurgii, klasickým i specializovaným zákrokům. Na tento oddíl navazuje provedená studie, která porovnává předoperační a pooperační hodnoty aberací vyšších řádů.The bachelor´s thesis deals with the issue of impaired quality of vision due to higher-order aberrations and possibilities of their correction. The theoretical part covers the cornea, which is ideal for refractive surgery, refractive defects and aberrations. Provides an analysis of refractive surgery, classic and specialized surgeries. This section continues the study, comparing preoperative and postoperative values of higher-order aberrations.
