Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou diagnostických ukazatelů perinatální asfyxie. Cílem praktické části práce je zjistit, zda se v pupečníkové žilní krvi u fyziologických novorozenců vyskytují neurofilamenta a pokud ano, tak stanovit jejich fyziologické hodnoty. Smyslem teoretické části práce je shrnutí antepartálních, intrapartálních a postpartálních markerů perinatální asfyxie a popis neurofilament. Těžištěm praktické části bakalářské práce je prospektivní výzkumná studie, která s pomocí observační metody (biochemického vyšetření) a analýzy dokumentace zjišťuje přítomnost neurofilament v pupečníkové žilní krvi u fyziologických novorozenců a stanovuje jejich fyziologické hodnoty.The bachelor thesis deals with diagnostic markers of perinatal asphyxia. The aim of the practical part of the thesis is to find out whether neurofilaments occur in umbilical venous blood of physiological newborn or not. If they occur there other task is to determine their physiological values. The theoretical part of the thesis summarises antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum markers of perinatal asphyxia and description of neurofilaments. The main task of the practical part of the bachelor thesis is a prospective exploratory study that investigates by the means of an observe method (biochemical examination) and documentation analysis the presence of neurofilaments in umbilical venous blood of physiological newborn and determines their physiological values.
