Ramenní kloub patří mezi nejsložitější klouby lidského těla. Poranění ramenního kloubu se řadí k nejčastějším. Vhodně zvolená zobrazovací metoda může přispět včasnému stanovení patřičné diagnózy. Ve své práci jsem se zabývala využitím zobrazovacích metod v diagnostice traumatu ramenního kloubu. V teoretické části práce byly popsány dostupné vyšetřovací metody a to z technického hlediska. Nemalá část byla zaměřena na jednotlivá poranění ramenního kloubu (včetně poranění lopatky a klíční kosti) a anatomii.V praktické části práce byl vytvořen přehledný soubor jednotlivých vyšetření od nejzákladnějších po nejsložitější. Závěrem byly porovnány uvedené metody a stanoveny jejich výhody či nevýhody. Závěry práce mohou být využity k výuce radiologických asistentů a jiných studentů.The shoulder joint belongs to the most complex joints of the human body. An injury of this joint is one of the most frequent ones. A conveniently chosen display method can contribute to the timely diagnosis determination. In my thesis I deal with the usage of display methods in diagnostics of trauma of the shoulder joint. In the theoretical part of the thesis I describe available examining methods from the technical point of view. A considerable part of the thesis focuses on the particular injuries of the shoulder joint (as well as injuries of the blade-bone and collar-bone) and anatomy. In the practical part there is a synoptic set of particular examinations from the simplest ones to the most complex ones. At the end of this part I compare the mentioned methods and state their advantages and disadvantages. The conclusion of this thesis can be used as teaching material for radiological assistents and other students.
