Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na zmapování možností a požadavků na klinickou supervizi pro obor ošetřovatelství v souvislosti s možným řešením problémů sester zejména v rovině osobního profesionálního rozvoje. Zjišťuje povědomí cílové skupiny respondentů ? zdravotních sester- o klinické ošetřovatelské supervizi. Cílem bylo zmapovat požadavky a představy na osobu supervizora, problémy, které by sestry přinášely k řešení do individuálních a skupinových supervizních konzultací, důvody, proč by supervizi mohly odmítat a možnosti zařazení supervize do celoživotního vzdělávání zdravotnických pracovníků s odpovídajícím kreditním ohodnocením. Informace získané z anketního šetření budou využity v dalších studiích a konceptech směřujících k rozvoji klinické ošetřovatelské supervize a její implementace do běžné sesterské praxe.Bachelor's thesis is focused on finding opportunities and requirements for clinical supervision for nursing in relation to a possible solution to the problems of nurses especially in terms of personal professional development. It identifies the target group of respondents awareness - nurses, a clinical nursing supervision. The aim was to map the requirements and ideas per supervisor, problems that bringing the nurses to deal with the supervisory skills of individual and group consultations, the reasons why they might reject supervision and the inclusion of supervision in the lifelong training of health workers with adequate credit rating. Information obtained from public inquiry investigation will be used in other studies and concepts towards the development of clinical nursing supervision and its implementation to normal nursing practice.
