Diplomová práce je věnována základním informacím o pěstounské péči v České republice, Německu a Rakousku. Cílem práce je ukázat odlišnosti v pojetí pěstounské péče na základě typologie náhradní rodinné péče, legislativy dané oblasti a průběhu zprostředkování. V části týkající se pěstounské péče v České republice jsou ukázány aktuální problémy v této oblasti. V německé části je zmíněn plán pomoci a nejsou opomenuty ani úkoly úřadu péče o mládež. V části pojednávající o pěstounské péči v Rakousku je popsána finanční pomoc pěstounům a uveden rozhovor s vídeňskou pěstounkou. V závěru práce jsou sumarizovány základní rozdíly v oblasti pěstounské péče v uvedených státech s ohledem na perspektivy pěstounské péče v České republice.The Diploma Thesis is devoted to the basic information about foster care in the Czech Republic, Germany and Austria. The aim of our thesis is to show the differences in the interpretation of a foster care based on the typology of the alternative family care, legislation of the appropriate field and the course of mediation. In the part concerning the Czech Republic ? the actual problems in foster care are shown. In part concerning Germany - the plan of help is mentioned and even tasks of youth care office are not omitted. Finantial help for foster parents is described in the part concerning Austria and one interview with foster mother in Wien is publicated. At the end of the thesis the basic differences in the field of a foster care in the stated states are summarized out of consideration for a foster care prospects in the Czech Republic.
