Předmětem bakalářské práce je slib milosrdenství, který řeholní sestry z Kongregace Milosrdných sester sv. Karla Boromejského skládají jako čtvrtý, specifický řeholní slib vedle základních slibů čistoty, chudoby a poslušnosti. Cílem bakalářské práce je přiblížit prožívání slibu milosrdenství, skrze nějž slouží sestry Bohu a lidem, a naplňují tak charisma a poslání kongregace. Slib milosrdenství je zde představen na pozadí vysvětlení základních pojmů a historických souvislostí. Zároveň jsou zde prezentovány výsledky výzkumu zaměřeného na individuální prožívání konkrétních řeholních sester, jejich subjektivní postoje a názory na danou problematiku. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, zda a jak se mínění respondentek shodují, či naopak liší.This bachelor thesis focuses on the vow of mercy as a basis for service to neighbour in the Congregation of Merciful Sisters of St. Charles Borromeo. This vow is made by the sisters from this Congregation as a fourth and specific vow besides the basic vows of chastity, poverty and obedience. The aim of this thesis is to explain the life under the vow of mercy through which the sisters serve God and people and thus fulfil the charisma and mission of the Congregation. The vow of mercy is presented by explaining terms and the historic context. A survey has been carried out among sisters, which focuses on how individual sisters experience the vow of mercy, on their subjective attitudes and opinions concerning this topic. The survey aimed at finding out whether and how opinions of the respondents match or differ.
