Diplomová práce se zabývá postavením učitele hudební výchovy a možnostmi jeho dalšího vzdělávání. Našim cílem bylo poukázat na chybějící článek systému dalšího vzdělávání pedagogů, zvláště pedagogů z hudebního oboru. Je to výzva pro MŠMT a instituce pro DVPP se touto problematikou zabývat a popřípadě ji zařadit do kariérního růstu pedagoga.The thesis deals with the status given to a music teacher and the possibilities of his/her further education. The aim was to point out at the missing link in the system of further education of teachers, especially those in the music sphere. It is a challange to the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and to the institutions dealing with further education of teachers to take on this matter and include it in the teacher's carrer.
