Diplomová práce je zaměřena na komunikaci příslušníka Policie České republiky v celé fázi vy-šetřování silniční dopravní nehody. Analýzou dotazníků byly zjištěny problematické situace a osvědčené metody využívané policisty v praxi. Na konkrétním případu byly rozebrány kritické body při sdělování tragické zprávy a jejich porovnání s teorií. Cílem práce byla analýza komuni-kačního procesu policisty s účastníky dopravních nehod a výsledek využít ke zkvalitnění komu-nikace policisty a tím předcházet možným konfliktům.The thesis is focused on communicating the Czech Republic Police throughout the investigation phase of road traffic accidents. Analysis of the questionnaires were found problematic situation and the best methods used by police officers in practice. On the case were discussed critical points in the communication of the tragic news and comparison with theory. The aim of the work was to analyze the process of communi-cation with police participants of traffic accidents and use the result to the improvement of commu-nication officers and thereby avoid potential con-flicts.
