Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vznikem, následky a možnostmi léčby deformit hrudní stěny. Obecná část obsahuje anatomii a kineziologii hrudníku, uvádí onemocnění spojená s deformitami hrudního koše a shrnuje následky a vyšetření těchto deformit. Speciální část je rozdělena na dvě hlavní kapitoly: první kapitola se zabývá konzervativní terapií a podává přehled fyzioterapeutických metod a technik pro ovlivnění deformit, druhá stručně popisuje možnosti operační léčby a následnou pooperační rehabilitační péči. Bakalářská práce je v závěru doplněna kazuistikou pacientky se skoliotickou deformitou hrudníku.This bachelor thesis deals with the origin, consequences and possibilities of treatment of the thorax deformities. The general part contains the thorax anatomy and kinesiology, features diseases connected with thorax deformities and summarizes consequences and examinations of the aforesaid deformities. The special part is devided to two basic chapters, the first one dealing with conservative therapy and bearing the survey of physiotherapic methods and techniques for influencing the deformities, the second one briefly describing the possibilities of operative treatment and consequential postoperative rehabilitative care. As for the conclusion the bachelor thesis is completed with the case report of a patient with the scoliotic chest wall deformity.
