dizertační práce se zabývá problematikou myelodysplastického syndromu, shrnuje současné poznatky z hlediska epidemiologie, patogeneze, diagnostiky, určení prognózy a léčby tohoto onemocnění a dále retrospektivně hodnotí vlastní soubor MDS nemocných léčených na HOK FN Olomouc z hlediska diagnostiky, klasifikace, prognostické stratifikace a terapeutických možnostíThe present study summarizes current knowledge and opinions on myelodysplastic syndrome, its diagnostics, differential diagnosis, the contribution of particular laboratory methods including, further on the epidemiology, the pathogenetics mechanisms, the classification, the prognostic stratification and the assessment of the best treatment strategy including information of prospective therapeutic options. Actual thesis is devoted to own experience in diagnostics and treatment of MDS patients examined within the period from 2000 to 2008 at Hemato-oncology Department University Hospital, Olomouc.
