Cílem mé práce je navrhnout e-learningový kurz pro zaměstnance Univerzity Palackého v Olomouci, který bude součástí snahy o zvyšování IKT kompetencí (informační a komunikační technologie) zaměstnanců univerzity. Ve své práci postupuji od teoretických základů charakterizujících učení, vzdělávání a to vše v kontextu celoživotního učení (celoživotního vzdělávání) a firemního vzdělávání. Součástí teoretické části je i charakteristika e-learningu, jeho komponent, předností i záporů ve srovnání s ostatními formami výuky. Vyústěním mé práce je návrh e-learningového kurzu, čemuž se věnuji v další, již praktické části práce.The goal of my thesis is to make a proposal of the e-learning course for employees of University Palackého in Olomouc, which will be a part of efforts to advance ICT competences of university employees (information and comunication technology) . In my thesis I begin with theoretical fundamentals about learning and education, all together in context of lifelong learning (lifelong education) and corporate education. Deatils about e-learning, its components, its advanatage and negatives in comparison with other forms of education, are part of the theoretical section. Proposal of the e-learning course is conclusion of my thesis and I attend to it in the practical section.
