Bakalářská práce se zabývá situací na trhu práce v okrese Jeseník. Hlavním cílem je zpracování regionálně geografické studie, zaměřené na problematiku zaměstnanosti a nezaměstnanosti v této oblasti. V práci je posuzována struktura zaměstnanosti a nezaměstnanosti v této oblasti a největší zaměstnavatelé. Pozornost je věnována vývoji na trhu práce v období od roku 2000 ? 2008 a srovnána s průběhem v Olomouckém kraji a České republice. Hlavním cílem je podrobné zhodnocení průběhu nezaměstnanosti v roce 2009 s dopady ekonomické krize. Práce se okrajově věnuje také rolí cizinců a problematickým skupinám na trhu práce. Jedním z cílů je také naznačení očekávaných trendů na trhu práce v okrese Jeseník.This thesis deals with the situation on the labour market in the district of Jesenik. The main goal of this thesis is to elaborate regional geographical studies, focused on employment and unemployment in this area. This thesis descripes changes in the structure of employment and unemployment in the region, and the largest employers. Attention is paid to labour market developments in the period of 2000 - 2008 and compared with the course of the Olomouc Region and the Czech Republic. The major goal of this thesis is a detailed assessment of the unemployment in the year of 2009 with the impact of the economic crisis. This work also search the position of the problematic groups and foreigners in the labour market. One of the goals is also indication of the trends in the labour market in the district of Jesenik.
