Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na metodu terénní sociální práce, která má pomoci při začlenění Romů do společnosti. Důraz se klade na intenzivní individuální práci s klientem při podpoře jeho motivace, aktivace a samostatnosti. Cílem bylo zjistit, zda je terénní sociální práce opravdu efektivním nástrojem při řešení romské problematiky.Presented bachelor's thesis describes the method of the field social work designed to integrate the Romanies into our society with emphasis on the intensive individual work with a client. This work tries to activate and motivate the client and help him to reach independence.The goal of the thesis is to ascertain if the field social work is an effective tool in solving the problems faced by the Roman population.
