Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit prostorovou distribuci zvoleného segmentu cestovního ruchu v Krkonoších.Práce je zaměřena na zimní sporty, jejich vybrané intenzitní charakteristiky a vztah ke geografickému prostředí.V práci jsou představena střediska zimních sportů v Krkonoších, pohled do jejich minulosti, ale i plány na jejich další rozvoj. Cestovní ruch zde působí kladně z hlediska socio-ekonomického, ale i záporně ovlivňuje přírodní bohatství, které je zde chráněno zřízením národního parku a vyhlášením přírodní biosférickou rezervací.Součástí práce jsou mapy, tabulky a fotodokumentace týkající se zájmového území.The main goal of this thesis is to describe Krkonoše Mts. The point of view is tourism and winter sports and intensity characteristics. Krkonoše mts. are the highest and the most known mountains in the Czech republic. There are very good conditions in winter which allow to do winter sports.There is very nice nature in Krkonoše mts. So there were established two nationals parks in 60´s, one is on the czech side and the other one is polish, which were also declared as a biosphere reserve in 1992. Tourism influences local social and economical situation. The positive part is that lot of people have well paid job there and their living standard could be high. On the other hand in these times tourism negatively influnces Krkonoše Mts. by impacts of travel industry and cosequent activities. I speak about environmental problems like traffic, litter, erosion.
