Tato studie sleduje problematiku postojů zdravotních sester k odměně a obsahu práce v návaznosti na jejich psychický stav. Výzkum byl zaměřen na současné psychologické problémy zdravotních sester, identifikaci činitelů pracovní motivace a faktorů výrazně ovlivňujících postoje k práci a k odměňování, pracovní spokojenost, psychiku zdravotní sestry a její motivaci. Dále byl zjišťován vzájemný vztah mezi spokojeností s prací, různými okolnostmi práce, postoji k odměňování, celkovým psychickým stavem a vybranými psychickými komponentami.This study has investigated attitudes of nurses towards the job content and remuneration in relation to their psychological condition. The research has been focused on the current psychological issues of the nurses, identification of the motivation factors and the factors that significantly affect their attitudes concerning the job content and remuneration, their job satisfaction, the general psychological condition of the nurses and their motivation. Besides that, this study has also examined the mutual relations among the job satisfaction, the various work conditions, the attitude toward the remuneration, the general psychological condition and its components.
