Bakalářská práce definuje termín karikatura v širším kontextu kresleného humoru. Dále provází stručnou historií vývoje karikatury s důrazem na české prostředí. Následně představuje termín výtvarná publicistika a staví ho do kontextu s na první pohled synonymními termíny. V prostřední části vysvětluje mechanismy vnímání a prožívání spojení obrazu a textu s malou exkurzí do komixu. V předposlední části představuje nejznámější české kreslíře a na závěr dvě kontroverzní témata.The bachelor thesis define the term of caricature in wider kontext of cartoons. After that it brings to the little excursion to the history of caricature with emphasis of Czech realia. I tis also introducing the term of graphic publicism and face to the oposition with the apparent synonyms. In the middle thesis is explaining the mechanism of percieving and living the cooperation of text and graphic part of cartoon. The last two parts are focusing on Czech popular cartoonist and on the controversial themes.
