Obsahem a cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo popsat a charakterizovat odborné požadavky, předpoklady, kompetence pro výkon činnosti supervize. V první, teoretické části, byl vysvětlen a charakterizován pojem supervize a kapitál. Následně byl vymezen pojem supervizor v sociálních službách a dále rozvíjen v souvislostech s procesem supervize, s etickým rámcem a ve vztahu k organizaci. Dále byly charakterizovány kvalifikační a osobnostní předpoklady supervizora, které jsou pro výkon této pracovní pozice nebytné či závazné. Praktická část zahrnovala realizaci průzkumu v organizaci poskytující sociální služby s cílem popsat a charakterizovat požadavky na kompetence supervizora. V průzkumu byla použita metoda statistická, založená na jednoduchém třídění dat a metoda deskriptivní. Jako výzkumná technika byl zvolen dotazník. Vzorek respondentů tvořili pracovníci v přímé péči s uživateli sociálních služeb v Oblastní charitě Třebíč. Z empirického šetření vyplynulo, že respondenti mají vysoké nároky na kvalifikační předpoklady supervizora a očekávají od supervizora souhrn osobních předpokladů, které nevybočují z běžného rámce požadavků na ostatní profesionály v pomáhajících profesích.The goal and the content of my thesis was to describe and characterize professional requirements, assumptions and competens for performing the supervision's function. In the first theoretical part, the concept of supervision and the capital was explained and characterized. Next the concept of supervisor in social services was defined and this concept was further developed in relation to the process of supervision, with ethical scrope and in relation to the organisation. Then the eligibility and the personality assumptions which are essential and binding for the position of supervisor were characterized. The practical part included research in an organisation, that offers social services. The goal was to describe requirements for supervisor. The statical method and the descriptive method were used in the research. The statistical method was based on a simple data sorting. The questionnaire was chosen as the research technic. The sample of respondants created the workers, in direct care with users of social services in Regional Charity Trebic. From the empirical investigation arised that the respondents have high qualification demands for supervisor and they expect the summary of personal assumptions, which are in the ordinary scrope of demands for the other professionals in similar positions.
