Práce popisuje kompletní rekvalifikační systém Armády České republiky, legislativní podklady rekvalifikačního programu, podmínky pro jeho absolvování spolu s nabídkou rekvalifikačních programů. Protože absolvování rekvalifikace je ukončením celé vojenské kariéry, popisuji ve své práci také systém náboru vojáků, kariérní řád v Armádě České republiky, motivační program a systém vojenského vzdělávání.My work describe complete reskiling system of the Czech Army, legislative details of the reskiling platforms, conditions of perfomance together with supply of reskiling platforms. Because of perfomance of the reskiling is the end of soldiers career, I also describe the system of soldiers drive, career order in the Czech Army, motivational platform aned system of the military ediucation. The main finding of my bachelor dissertation is fact, that reskiling courses like social platform, arent so effective and functional, when they propose, with incorporate to the social strategy of Czech Army. By the help of dokument analysis with conditions of reskiling platform and casuistics from interwiew with reskiling competitors.
