Podnikové vzdělávání pracovníků je nákladnou záležitostí. Aby nedocházelo k plýtvání penězi a časem, musí být přesně stanoveny cíle, zjištěno, do jaké míry byly stanovené cíle vzdělávání splněny a jak se přitom osvědčily metody použité ke vzdělávání pracovníků. V úvodní části práce popisuji outdoor training v souvislostech systematického vzdělávání. Následně aplikuji principy systematického podnikového vzdělávání na proces tvorby vzdělávacího programu. Plán vzdělávání vyústí ve volbu metody outdoor training. Upozorním na kritické body ovlivňující efektivitu kurzu. Cílem bakalářské práce je nastavit kritéria pro výběr optimálního organizátora kurzu.Business education of employees is an expensive issue. To avoid wasting money and time on it, we have to specify our goals, find out whether we have achieved the goals we had set and how the methods used to educate our workers have proved to be succesful. In the beginning I will describe outdoor training as a part of systematic education. Then I will apply principles of the systematic business education to the process of forming the education program. The plan of education will result in the choice of methods for outdoor training. I will point out to the critical issues that affect the effectiveness of the course. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to set the standards for selecting the optimal organizer of the course.
