Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvořit standardy pro výběr a získávání pracovníků cestovní kanceláře. V prvních pěti kapitolách se věnuji teoretickému ukotvení celého procesu od personálního plánování přes analýzu a popis pracovního místa až po samotné získávání, předvýběr a výběr zaměstnanců. V poslední kapitole představuji, jak probíhá získávání a výběr referentů v nejmenované cestovní kanceláři. Následně aplikuji uvedené teoretické poznatky na danou cestovní kancelář a navrhuji standardy pro výběr a získávání pracovníků cestovní kanceláře včetně jednotlivých kroků tohoto procesu.The aim of this dissertation is to develop standards for the selection and recruitment of travel agency workers. In the first five chapters I address the theoretical anchor of the entire process from personnel planning through analysis and description of the job, to actual acquisition, pre-selection and selection of employees. In the last chapter I introduce the process of recruitment and the selection of travel agents in an unnamed travel agency. Subsequently I apply the presented theoretical knowledge to the given travel agency and propose standards for the selection and recruitment of travel agency workers, including each step of the process.
