Předkládaná diplomová práce se snaží čtenáři přiblížit problematiku trestné činnosti páchané na dětech a mládeži se zaměřením na dětskou oběť. Sestává se ze dvou částí ? teoretické a praktické. Její teoretická část vedle obecných poznatků o trestné činnosti páchané na dětech a mládeži popisuje stávající právní úpravu, skutkové podstaty jednotlivých trestných činů a snaží se nastínit změny, které nastanou v legislativě od 1.1.2010 v souvislosti s přijetím nového trestního zákoníku a bezprostředně se dotýkají dané problematiky. Následně poskytuje poznatky o příčinách jevu, kategorizaci pachatelů a zabývá se specifiky dětské oběti, dopady trestného činu na oběť, postavením dítěte v průběhu vyšetřování, výslechem dítěte a vymezuje primární a sekundární viktimizaci. Dotýká se také možností intervence v péči o dětské oběti. Praktická část diplomové práce je zpracována na základě sekundární analýzy oficiálních statistik Policie ČR, které zachycují počet trestných činů spáchaných na dětech a mládeži na území okresu Prostějov v letech 2004 ? 2008.The dissertation submitted here, tryies to bring the reader nearer to the the topic of criminal activity committed on children and minors, concentrating on child's victim. It consists of two parts ? theoretical and practical. Its theoretical part, besides general knowledge in criminal activity committed on children and minors also describes present-day enactment, the factum of each criminal activity, and tryies to outline the changes in the legislative, that are going to come on the 1st of January in 2010. These changes will be connected with acceptation of new criminal code and will directly touch submitted issue. Furthermore the theoretical part provides knowledge about the sources of the phenomen, categorization of the culprits and studies the spesifics of the child's victim, the impact of the criminal activity on the victim, the role the child has in the process of investigation, the interrogation of the child and determines the primary and the secondary victimization It also consider the possibility of intervention in care of child's victim. The practical part of this dissertation is based on the secondary analysis of the official website of the Police Department of The Czech Republic, which provides records of numbers of criminal activities committed on children and minors in the area of Prostejov in years from 2004 to 2008.
