Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na metody využívané při práci s klienty ve Výchovném ústavu ve Vidnavě. V prvních kapitolách pojednávám o sociální práci v podmínkách výchovného ústavu a o činitelích ovlivňujících psychický vývoj jedince. Dále se podrobněji zaobírám ústavní péčí a konkrétním Výchovným ústavem ve Vidnavě. Hlavní kapitolou teoretické části jsou metody využívané při práci s klienty výchovného ústavu, kde popisuji hlavní psychoterapeutické přístupy, speciálně-pedagogickou terapii a ostatní využitelné metody. Ve výzkumné části jsem se zaměřila na Výchovný ústav ve Vidnavě, kde jsem zjišťovala metody využívané při práci s klienty tohoto ústavu. Informace jsem shromáždila z interních dokumentů, jako je vnitřní řád zařízení a Individuální programy rozvoje osobnosti, které jsou tvořeny pro každé dítě. Tyto informace jsem doplnila poznámkami z polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s pracovníky ústavu. Tato práce by měla být nápomocná zaměstnancům výchovných ústavů (speciální pedagogové, vychovatelé, sociální pracovníci apod.) a dalším odborníkům, kteří pracují v tomto oboru, k rozšíření svých znalostí.This bachelor work is focused on methods used for the work with clients in the Educational Institute in Vidnava. The first chapters are dealing with social work in the Educational Institute and about the phenomena influencing psychic development of a human being. Next I am interested in more details in institutional care and the particular Educational Institute in Vidnava itself. The main chapter of the theoretical part are methods used for the work with clients in the Educational Institute, which describe the main psycho-therapeutic approaches, special-pedagogic therapy and other useable methods. In the research part I focused on the Educational Institute in Vidnava, where I wanted to find out methods used for the work with clients of this institution. I gathered information from internal documents such as internal rules of the facility, the individual programs of personal development, which are tailored for every child. I completed this information with remarks from semi-structured interviews with local employees. This work should be helpful for employees of Educational Institutes (special pedagogues, tutors, social workers, etc.) and other experts, who work in this branch to extend their knowledge.
