Proces transformace podporuje sociální začleňování osob s mentálním postižením a umožňuje vznik sociálních služeb v přirozené komunitě. Práce shrnuje historii péče v klasickém institucionalizovaném prostředí Ústavu sociální péče Jinošov, popisuje průběh změn při zahájení transformace a integraci klientů. Vychází z teoretických znalostí v ČR i ve světě a z praktických zkušeností získaných sociální prací s osobami s mentálním postižením. Praktická část a závěr jsou věnovány šetření hodnotícímu přínos pro integrované klienty a zjištění spokojenosti uživatelů sociálních služeb transformujícího se Domova bez zámku a celkovému zhodnocení.The process of transformation supports social inclusion of mentally handicapped people and it enables to found social services in natural community. This thesis summarizes the history of care in classical institutionalized setting of Social care home in Jinošov, it describes the process of changes since the beginning of transformation and integration of the clients. It is based on theoretical models of the Czech Republic and other countries and on gained practical experience with social work with mentally handicapped persons. The practical part and conclusion of this thesis concern rating examination of profits of integrated clients, findings on satisfaction of social services users of transforming The home without locks and complex valuation.
