Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na hodnotící procesy v prostředí českých škol v teoretické rovině. V praktické části je zaměřena na oblast praktického vyučování, která je významnou částí práce vybrané střední školy. Autor představuje strukturu evaluace této oblasti, navrhuje konkrétní nástroje (dotazníky, rozhovory, pozorování apod.), ověřuje jejich použítí v praxi. V závěru interpretuje zjištění získaná pomoci těchto nástrojů a uvádí je do kontextu evaluace školy.The baccalaurete work is focused on the evaluative processes in the enviroment of Czech schools at the theoretical level. In the practical part it is focused on the area of practical training which is an important part of the work of the work of the chosen secondary school.The author presents the evaluation structure of this area, suggests concrete tools (quetionnaries, interwiews, observations etc.) and checks their use in practice. At the close he interprets the findings gathered with the help of these tools and incorporates them into the context of the school evaluation.
