Cílem diplomové práce je rozbor psychologického profilu osobnosti řidiče kamionové dopravy. Výzkum je zaměřen na řidiče, zaměstnance dopravních společností, kteří provádějí mezinárodní dopravu, což jsou řidiči starší 21 let. Ve výzkumu je použita pátá revize Šestnáctifaktorového osobnostního dotazníku 16 PF R.B. Cattella. Analýza primárních faktorů osobnosti charakterizuje jejich vliv na dopravní chování řidičů. Dále jsou porovnány průměrné skóry testované skupiny s normami Šestnáctifaktorového dotazníku 16 PF R.B. Cattella. Byla ověřena a přijata hypotéza, že průměrné skóry jednotlivých faktorů testované skupiny se statisticky významně neliší od norem dotazníku 16 PF R.B. Cattella. Testovaní řidiči mají osobnostní vlastnosti přijatelné pro výkon povolání řidiče kamionové dopravy.The aim of thesis is the analysis of the psychological profile of the truck driver. The research is focused on drivers, employees of transport companies who operate transit transport, which are twenty-one-year-old drivers and more. There the fifth revision of the questionnaire 16 PF Cattell is used in the research. The analysis of primary factors of personality characterizes their influence on travel behaviour of drivers. Next the average scores of the tested group are compared with the standards of the questionnaire 16 PF Cattell there. The hypothesis was attested and accepted that the average scores of single factors of the tested group are not in contrast so much with the standards of the questionnaire 16 PF Cattell. The tested drivers have soft skills which are acceptable for the function of the truck driver.
