Tato bakalářská práce je komplexním úvodem do studia práce s tělem v psychoterapii (též bodyterapie): představuje oblasti, které se v této disciplině syntetizují. Jednak je v ní mapován vývoj pojetí vazby duše a těla od předřeckých kultur až po následovníky Freuda, kteří položili základ moderním bodyterapiím, jakož i základní teoretická východiska a aplikace těchto moderních bodyterapií: bioenergetiky, biosyntézy, Gestalt psychoterapie a Pesso-Boyden terapie (těm jsou věnovány samostatné kapitoly). Dále jsou v ní popsána fyziologická a neurofyziologická východiska bodyterpií, především je doložena provázanost různých tělových složek a možnosti vzájemného ovlivňování i vzdálených tělových systémů. Jako typický a pro psychologii nejdůležitější příklad této provázanosti a vzájemného ovlivňování slouží činnost nervového systému. V práci jsou také představeny a porovnány tři moderní konstituční teorie: Kelemanova, Satirové a Lowena a dvě historické konstituční teorie: Kretschmerova a Shledonova. Mezi jednotlivými typologiemi lze nalézt určité shody v tělových výrazech a jim přiřazených vlastnostech. Práce se též zmiňuje o metodě focusingu a Alexanderově technice.The Bachelor´s Thesis is a comprehensive introduction to study of work with the body in psychotherapy (also called bodytherapy): it presents areas that constitute the discipline of bodytherapy. Genesis of body-soul question from pre-Greek cultures to Freud´s followers, who laid the foundation of modern bodytherapies, is shown in the text as well as theoretical grounds and applications of the modern bodytherapies: bioenergetics, biosynthesis, Gestalt psychotherapy and Pesso-Boyden therapy (described in separate chapters). One chapter is devoted to physiological and neuro-physiological grounds of bodytherapy, cohesion of body systems and their mutual influence is emphasized. In these words, typical and the most important example for psychology is nervous system activity. The Thesis also consists of description and comparison of three modern constitutional theories: Keleman´s, Satir´s and Lowen´s and two historical theories: Kretschmer´s and Sheldon´s. Proof of correspondence among each other can be found, i.e. correspondence of their description of body structures and related psychological characteristics. Focusing and Alexander´s Technique are mentioned in the Thesis, too.
