Tato práce se zaměřuje na srovnání současné situace na nizozemském a českém trhu práce. Hlavním cílem je poskytnout čtenáři ucelený pohled na oba tyto trhy z hlediska jejich moderního vývoje a současné situace. Práce se skládá ze dvou základních částí: teoretické a analytické. Teoretická část práce se zabývá fungováním pracovního trhu a jeho zákonitostmi. Tato část také srovnává vize hlavních ekonomických škol 20. století a jejich pohled na fungování trhu práce. V závěru je věnována pozornost rozvíjejícímu evropskému pracovnímu trhu. Analytická část mapuje vývoj pracovních trhů v České republice a Nizozemsku v posledních 20 letech a zaměřuje se na charakteristiku jejich hlavních rysů.This work compares the present situation on the Dutch and the Czech labor market. The main object is to give readers a comprehensive look at both of these markets in light of modern development and current situation. The work consists of two basic parts: a theoretical and analytical. The theoretical part deals with the issue of the working of the labor market and its rules. This section compares also the views of the major economic schools of the 20th century, and their opinion on the working of labor market. The conclusion pays attention to the expanding European labor market. Analytical part describes the development of labor market in the Czech Republic and the Netherlands in the last 20 years and focuses on the characteristics of their outlines.
