Práce v první části srovnává testy svalové síly žáků intaktních a žáků s mentálním postižením. Ve výsledkové části konstatuji lepší zdatnost intaktních žáků.Druhá část je praktická, má nabídnout zásobník cviků na posílení svalů.This thesis deals with the muscle strength tests comparing elementary school pupils and students with learning disabilities. In the introduction, thesis explains the importance of physical movement for the development of children. Another part of thesis is paid to the development of physical abilities and skills to elementary schoul. Special part of diploma thesis deals with the development of muscular strength, which is a more precisely specified. The main part of thesis is to build muscle strength test-static, dynamic and explosive. Describe a sample of pupils and describe the method of evaluation tests. From the results it is clear that when comparing the force capabilities was observed difference between the elementary school pupils and students with mild mental disabilities, for the benefit of pupils intact. Another part of thesis was to draw up a questionnaire, where students can choose individual exercises to strengthen different muscle groups. The questionnaire will also be able pupils choose one of three levels of difficulty of the implementation of practice. In this section, I noted that elementary school pupils make difficult the implementation of exercises compared to students with learning disabilities.
