Cílem bakalářské práce je přiblížení a analýza postupů policie při zasahování proti fotbalovým výtržníkům v rámci ochrany bezpečnosti osob, majetku a veřejného pořádku. Popisuje právní úpravy vztahující se k této oblasti, jaké nástroje k ochraně má policie k dispozici a informuje o možnostech řešení problematiky diváckého násilí, které přináší novela zákona o Policii České republiky platná od 1. ledna 2009. Zabývá se také základní charakteristikou těch jevů, které násilnosti při fotbalových utkáních provázejí.The goal of this bachelor work is to describe and to analyse the police practice in actions against football hooligans within the protection of security of people, property and public order. It describes the legal regulations concerning this area, which tools the police keep at disposition and it informs about the possibilities of solving spectator violence that are embedded in the Amendment Act on the Police of the Czech Republic which has been in force since 1 January 2009. The work also provides the basic characteristics of those phenomena that accompany violent acts at football matches.
