Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou řešení sporů z mezinárodních investic. Jejím cílem je pochopení problematiky z hlediska teoretického a následný rozbor na mezinárodních investičních sporech, ve kterých figurovala Česká republika jako jeden z účastníků. Pozornost je věnována také dohodám o podpoře a vzájemné ochraně investic, které hrají v řešení mezinárodních investičních sporů klíčovou roli.Diploma thesis deals with international investment disputes. Its aim is to understand points at issue in terms of theoretical and subsequent analysis of international investments disputes that featured the Czech Republic as one of the participants. Attention is also paid to bilateral investment treaties that play a key role in the international investment disputes.
