Tato práce pojednává o problematice Modelového programu leniency, projektu Evropské soutěžní sítě, jehož cílem je harmonizace postupu soutěžních orgánů Evropské unie při aplikaci programu leniency, tedy programu aplikace mírnějšího režimu při ukládání pokut subjektům porušujícím pravidla hospodářské soutěže.The presented thesis deals with the issues of the Leniency Model Programme, a project of the European Competition Network whose aim is the harmonisation of the procedures taken by the European Union competition authorities in the application of the leniency programme - a programme governing the application of more lenient approach while awarding fines to the subjects of law infringing the economic competition rules.
