V mojej diplomovej práci sa zaoberám problematikou podnikania zahraničných osôb. Táto problematika je zameraná na komparáciu právnych systémov dvoch európskych krajín, a to Českej republiky a Španielskeho kráľovstva. Obe právne úpravy som rozvinula samostatne v jednotlivých kapitolách. Ich špecifické vlastnosti, odlišnosti, ale aj rovnaké znaky som zhrnula v závere. V rámci toho, že predmetom komparácie sú dva európske štáty, svoju pozornosť som venovala i komunitárnemu právu. Práve komunitárne právo výrazne ovplyvňuje, a to už priamo či nepriamo, právnu úpravu členských štátov Európskeho spoločenstva. Pri písaní diplomovej práce som čerpala z cudzojazyčných prameňov, ktoré som uviedla v texte i v originálnom znení, aby čitateľ v prípade záujmu vedel, kde danú problematiku presne hľadať. Touto prácou som chcela priblížiť a zvýšiť povedomie o problematike podnikania zahraničných osôb v oboch krajinách čitateľom, ktorých táto problematika zaujíma.In my final thesis I deal with issue of business activities of foreign persons. This thesis is aimed at the comparition of the legal regulations in two European countries, in the Czech Republic and in the Kingdom of Spain. I write about both legal regulations in the independent chapters and the resume of their specific features, differences and the same characters is contained in the conclusion. The Czech Republic and the Kingdom of Spain are member states of the European Community. So in one part of the thesis I describe communitarian law and its effects to law systems of member states. The sources I used to write my thesis are czech, spanish and english. With this thesis I wanted to come near the issue of business activities of foreign persons in both countries to readers who are interested in this topic.
