Cílem naší práce bylo na základě teoretických poznatků stanovení baterie testů pro výběr talentů se zaměřením na sportovní aerobik.Cílem dílčích úkolů bylo testování znalostí rodičů v oblasti sportovního aerobiku a testování práce trenérek a jejich vzdělání v oblasti dětského aerobiku. Sledování se účastnilo 120 rodičů závodnic a 30 trenérek na soutěžích různé úrovně v České republice. Získané údaje z dotazníků, které rodiče vyplňovaly v průběhu soutěží dobrovolně a se souhlasem organizátora, byly zpracovány percentuálně a graficky.The goal of the thesis is to determine a battery of tests for the talent selection in Sport Aerobics and the testing of coache´s work. 120 parents of competitors and 30 coache´s from competitions on various levels in the Czech Republic participated in the survey.Obteined results of questionnaires which were filled in by both the parents and coache´s during individual competitions voluntaryli and with the agreement of organizers were processed in percentage and graphics.
