Cílem této magisterské diplomové práce je popis procesu vzniku týmu z pracovní skupiny díky metodě teambuilding. Úvodní část je zaměřena na popis současného stavu využívání teambuildingu v praxi a na srovnání definicí s realitou. Navazující kapitoly jsou teoretickým rozborem principů teambuildingu a vedou k legitimizaci teambuildingu jako jedné z metod firemního vzdělávání. Závěrečná kapitola popisuje vznik týmu na základě změn ve významných charakteristikách.The aim of this Master thesis is to describe the process of the emergence of the team from the working group due to the method of teambuilding. The introduction part focuses on the description of the current situation of the utilization of teambuilding in practice and on the comparison of the definition with reality. Following chapters theoretically analyse the principles of teambuilding and contribute to the legitimization of teambuilding as one of the methods of education in the companies. The last chapter explores the emergence of the team on the basis of the changes in the significant characteristics.
