Diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací procesu vzdělávání v Mateřském centru Zvoneček v Havlíčkově Brodě. Práce se věnuje zájmovému vzdělávání dospělých v jeho obecné rovině, dále pak popisem konkrétní organizace, jakož i jednotlivým krokům procesu vzdělávání (identifikace a analýza vzdělávacích potřeb, plánování, realizace a závěrečné vyhodnocování). Těžiště práce spočívá v analýze procesu vzdělávání v mateřském centru na základě teoretických modelů. Provedená analýza procesu vzdělávání a dotazníkové šetření spokojenosti návštěvníků centra vyúsťuje v optimalizační návrhy zjištěných nedostatků.The main goal of this MA graduation thesis lies in the optimization of educational process in organization of Mother center Zvoneček. Subject of this thesis is the interest education in this organization in the context of adult education. Content of this thesis consists of the analysis of current educational process and the comparison of current praxis with theoretical models. This thesis specifies interest education and selected contemporary approaches. It also describe pre-requisites of the correct educational process and its basic steps. The propsal of optimization uses the results of a survey of satisfaction of visitors of the center with current educational process. The thesis ends with proposals of concrete solutions of found problems and inadequacies.
